Acrylic dentures consist of the denture teeth attached to an acrylic base plate. It is affordable, quick and easy solution to missing teeth.

This type of material is great for dentures as it is moldable and can adapt to the changes in your mouth over time. This is most commonly used for complete and partial dentures.

Flexible Denture (Valplast)

Cobalt Chrome Denture

Chrome cobalt partial dentures consist of a cast cobalt/chrome base plate that encompasses your natural teeth. They are one of the  most durable partial dentures and  last much longer.

Caring for your dentures:

Like natural teeth, dentures require proper care to keep them clean, free from stains, last longer and fit better. 

☑ Handle with great care.

☑ Remove your dentures after eating and run them under a tap to remove food particles. Hold your dentures carefully so that you don’t accidentally drop it.

☑ Brush your dentures with a soft bristled brush daily to keep them free of plaque and food deposits.

☑ Remove them before bed soak overnight in water or a mild denture cleaning solution. Avoid hot water or bleach containing products as this can warp or alter your dentures.

☑ Brush your gums. tongue and natural teeth with a fluoride toothpaste before reinserting your denture

☑ Schedule regular dental check-ups and visit your dentist in case your denture become loose.
