He became a member of the faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Edinburgh in 2012 and obtained his Master in Clinical Dentistry (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) from University of Malaya in 2020 under Federal Scholarship.
Due to his extensive clinical experience, he covered clinics in both Kuala Lumpur and Sarawak as a visiting OMFS Surgeon. With a strong academic background and passion for knowledge, he published multiple papers in scientific journal and co-author of Oral and Craniomaxillofacial Reconstruction Chapter.
Dr Foo has served in the British Army and enjoys outdoor activities. He has completed many solo cycling tours around the world, a testament to his adventurous spirit and love for exploration.
