Dr Victor Tay is friendly, professional and passionate about dentistry. He places strong emphasis on providing pragmatic and cost effective treatment options using state of the art techniques and materials. His ethos is of a relaxed but comprehensive attitude in providing the best possible care in a comfortable environment. He communicates effectively and ensure patients are well informed of treatment procedures and discussing treatment options available. He strives to provide a painless and fear-free dental experience for his patients.
Dr Victor is a recipient of the “Yayasan Sabah award of Outstanding Excellence” scholarship and he successfully graduated from the Penang International Dental College/VMU with First Class honors, where he also won numerous awards for academic excellence.
Dr Victor complete his 2 years comprehensive orthodontic study, Progressive Orthodontic Seminar & are certified as a Fellows of ICCDS (Orthodontic). Dr Victor is also a fellows of International fellowship of International Congress of Oral Implantologists (ICOI) where he grow special interest in orthodontic (braces) and implant surgery to provide a holistic treatment to his patient.
Dr. Victor has worked with the Ministry of Health as a Dental Officer and has a special interest in restorative cosmetic, crown & bridge work, tooth whitening, restoration of root canal, oral surgery & orthodontics dentistry. He believes great dentistry is accomplished by accurate diagnosis and treatment planning. He is also committed to ongoing professional development and regularly attends educational courses to stay on top of recent research and techniques. Dr. Victor also work as an associates in DMH Dental Surgery, Kota Kinabalu.
Besides dentistry, he enjoys painting & great interest in photography. He also participates in outreach programs to render free and safe dental cares to rural areas of Sabah.

Dr Esther Chan is known to be a caring, gentle individual who has a passion towards her job. She enjoys meeting new people and making them feel relaxed and comfortable regardless any treatment. She always take time to be attentive and ensure one’s need is addressed carefully.
Dr Esther is a recipient of the ‘Jabatan Perkhidmatan Awam’ scholarship and she successfully graduated from College of Dental Sciences with Distinction. She is rank Top 10 of Dean’s List Academic Excellence Award. Dr Esther served in the government since 2015 and are posted to various specialist department. She also attached in periodontal department where she grew interest in gum speciality.
Dr Esther has been continuously updating her clinical skills by attending numerous courses. She completed her implant study and obtain her fellowship of International Congress of Oral Implantologists: ICOI. She develop special interests in orthodontics, periodontal and aesthetic dentistry. She is also well-known for being very gentle, and great with kids!

Dr Hoo Soon Yie is thorough and soft-spoken dentist. She understands the value of regular dental health care and is willing to spend the extra time to ensure her patients are well informed regarding their dental issues and how to best correct and mitigate these issues from reoccurring in the future.
Dr Hoo obtained her BDS qualifications from Manipal University College Malaysia with First Class Honors and done her training in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery an Paediatric Dentistry at Hospital Shah Alam, Selangor.
She is a strong proponent for evidence-based dentistry and always strive to improve herself. She regularly attends dental conferences and courses to provide herself with an adequate knowledge to best care for her patients.
Dr Hoo is a dedicated dentist with experience in oral diagnosis, endodontics, prosthodontics, restorative and cosmetic dental treatments. She is also passionate about educating patients of all ages on the importance of proper dental care to help them understand and improve their oral condition.

Dr Foo Qi Chao is a highly accomplished and skilled oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a passion for oral surgery and implantology. Dr Foo graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery (Hons) from Queen Mary, University of London in 2010 under the prestigious JPA scholarship. He served as a dental officer in Luyang Dental Clinic for 2 years before joining the Oral and Maxillofacial Department in Queen Elizabeth Hospital as a Senior House Officer.
He became a member of the faculty of Dental Surgery, Royal College of Edinburgh in 2012 and obtained his Master in Clinical Dentistry (Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery) from University of Malaya in 2020 under Federal Scholarship.
Due to his extensive clinical experience, he covered clinics in both Kuala Lumpur and Sarawak as a visiting OMFS Surgeon. With a strong academic background and passion for knowledge, he published multiple papers in scientific journal and co-author of Oral and Craniomaxillofacial Reconstruction Chapter.
Dr Foo has served in the British Army and enjoys outdoor activities. He has completed many solo cycling tours around the world, a testament to his adventurous spirit and love for exploration.

DR PETA CHARMAINE GILONG

Dr Gilong is a native Sabahan who graduated from AIMST University in 2013, after which she started her public service in KKM. She has 4 years’ experience working in several government primary clinics and 5 years’ experience working in the Department of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in Queen Elizabeth Hospital.
Her clinical interests include oral surgery and emergency dentistry. She is experienced in impacted tooth surgery, removal of small oral lesions and management of dental infections and trauma.
She is also multilingual, being proficient in Bahasa Melayu, English, Mandarin and basic Dusun. In her spare time, she enjoys a good gym workout, hiking, and reading novels over a cuppa.
